Well I am not sure why so many people are eating at Panda Express instead of going right next door to Famous Kabob. First time there today. I ordered 2 lamb kabobs alone. Nothing not even bread or a side. Lamb can be stringy and tough if not cooked correctly. Btw I am a middle aged white guy. I get turned off easy to bad food. *********** The lamb was cooked to perfection. Tender as any meat I have eaten. The spices and juiciness were amazing. This is by far the best Afghan food I have had in a long time. Btw someone posted that the staff was not friendly. Do you want them to do a song and dance? This is a different culture. Since 9-11 people from the Middle East in general are a tad subdued. Now with Asians being harmed this is another reason for all Asian countries to shy. I only ask for good food for a good price. I am not there to make friends with the entire staff. GREAT FOOD FAMOUS KABOB
If you're in the manassas area you have to stop by for some delicious kabob. I tried the combination of lamb and chicken and it was delicious. They also have a great customer service, very clean and the price is very reasonable. The owner is very friendly!
First time here and food was actually pretty tasty, I would definitely come back and also recommend for those Kabob lovers.
Feel totally ripped off. Used to be one of our favorite places to go but they gave way less food this time for the same high price as before. They have always skimped on sauce and salad but now it's on everything. We got #7 Lamb kabob for 11.95 I attached pics of the meal ...it came with 1 piece of bread. NEVER GOING BACK!!!
The worst and dirtiest restaurant probably in all of Virginia. Touching nose and touching the bread is a common practice there. Kitchen door opened once and I had to leave the restaurant quickly.
Excellent job with the meats we ordered with our platters. Lunch special was an awesome value. I love the meats seared on the grill! Great meal, great people, great value.
The food has gotten really bad. Took an order of Mantu. No ground beef in it, and I had to run to the bathroom soon after. Not sure what it had. The rice with lamb... the lamb meat was so bad, I had to throw it away. I like Afghan food, so please stop cutting corners, and give the customer fresh good food.
