I had purchased a ball from China that is still in use today. I hate that it came from China but the price was too good to pass up. I then needed another ball and after talking to Mike at the pro shop I decided to get a in drilled ball in which he said he could drill to the size of my hand. He did, and I enjoyed the ball and had enough practice with the ball and decided to use it for league play. A few months later it cracked, almost in half. I took it to him to ask him what the solution was to a ball that nearly was in half because he had drilled it. Seems like a reasonable thing to do right? When I did he blamed it on the weather. Then he told me he'd take it and see what he could do with it. Since that point, Mike avoided me, he had been short with me and just outright didn't talk about my issue with me. Then finally after a few weeks I decided to track him down and told me that there was nothing he could do about the ball and that was that. I've spent hundreds and hundreds a night at this place as have the groups that I myself brought into to enjoy the bowling alley and I just feel like he didn't do a good job with this entire situation. I have chosen to boycott any more sales from this pro shop. I enjoy league play at this bowling alley still and unfortunately I feel this way because I am looking for a pro shop to get my ball plugged because of the new rule about filling unused holes. I hate that I have to go to a different proshop to get this done. Sorry I had to do this but I feel passionate about customer service.

This is my.second experience.with this pro-shop. First one was at women's tournament. They drilled purchases on the spot and were extremely helpful. So much so wanted to do business with them again. Drove up from Richmond 4 hour round trip. We made our purchases they drilled our balls were very accommodating and my average has gone up around 30 pins with my new ball. Extremely happy. Great pro-shop!!!
Extremely helpful staff. Educated me on the different types of balls which helped me pick the best one. Fitted and drilled it in about 20 mins. From their coaching and help I picked up 50 plus point on avg since. Not a large store, but they have every thing you need.
Great service and expertise for those looking for bowling products. Very patient and professional.
