We had a great experience with Big Country Amusements. We rented the George Mason Basketball Hoop for the Fairfax City Fall Festival. We had to change our times of rental, but the office staff was very polite and helpful despite it being a very busy day for them. On the day of the delivery, the truck was unable to go to our spot. However, the delivery people did not complain. They just parked where they could and carried the items. They were fast and efficient. When it was time to collect the hoop, they were on time and had the items packed up and put away quickly. If you are looking for a company to rent from, you will be very happy with your experience with Big Country Amusements.

They were always available any time we needed questions answered and even were able to accommodate some last minute changes. In a world where events are not allowed and anxieties are at an ultra high due to COVID; BCA refused to refund us money as we had to cancel our event for reasons out of our control - the Governors restrictions. One would think, they would work with those in their community like most business are doing on refunding money back etc; their lack of business dynamic and working with the customer is a reason to stay away. Shame on you during this difficult time.

The reservation process was very easy. It was nice to hear that our previous rental history was easily accessible which made it even easier. The delivery staff was on time and professional and when the event was over, clean up was a breeze. We had a slight issue with one of the games we rented. When we informed Big Country, they were responsive and offered apologies and a credit to our account which will help next year for our fund raising event.

Patient First

The children who attended our Patient First – Manassas Community Day thoroughly enjoyed the moon bounce provided by Big Country. They were very easy to communicate with and made coordinating the event a breeze!
