Mama's Shack have such a varied range of delicious food we had to return. Pleasantly surprised with the beef ribs, oh absolutely melt in the mouth with just the right spices, you can tell it's been slow cooked for hours. We chose mash & gravy as a side and I'm so pleased the gravy was not bland and the mash was creamy. We also had steak which was perfectly cooked, accompanied by a nicely dressed salad. The Seafood Stew was amazing, especially the sauce it is divine. Churros were freshly made and you must try the sauce it's served with. Love it as I've only ever seen it being served with cinnamon sugar or chocolate. We had the beef Benedict in the past, we had to try as there's a shortage of decent halal brunch places in Manchester. The chef came to our table which was a first for me. The staff here are so pleasant they treat you like family.

I really do love this place. On one of the busiest stretches where good food is hard to find this is the place to go. If you haven't already tried you'll need to add it to your bucket list. Full of Caribbean delights. Never disappointed. Meat always tender and full of flavour. Meals are well priced with big portions more than enough to fill a hungry human. In house drinks are amazing. Highly recommend the watermelon drink...unique and refreshing. They have good seating upstairs and downstairs. Lighting not too dark not too bright. Really nice decor give it a warm feeling. Will definitely vist again.
Food was nice. Bought wings and prawns as straters for mains we had Curry Goat slow cook ribs and pulled beef burger. We were also given 2 free dessert as complimentary. Defiantly recommend this place...
Unbelievably good Caribbean food. The jerk chicken was spiced and charred to perfection and the plantain so good you could eat a plate of them on their own. The mojito was unreal - best mocktail I’ve had - no sickly sugar syrup unlike other places. Can’t wait to visit again.
Good food I recommend any item on the menu. The food will come fast and be warm. The service is really nice and compliant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed and they have a very good series of songs playing. Fun place for drinks as well.
