I went to NATAVAGA Media markt branch at dogukent Cd ( Mamak , ankara ) to buy Samsung microwave and unfortunately the sales man told this is the last piece and he told that he can ask it online to come to my home , unfortunately when i recieved this device i found it with a strong blow at the side , directly i went to the same branch and asked to return it back , and they called the hotline and they gave a return number , This is the frist time to buy from this company and it is realy a very bad experience . I send the microwave back through the same kargo company . After another 5 days they send it to me back , with a great surprise I discovered they send me back the same device . I talked to customer service many time they after many times request a report from the kargo company which supposed to be done at the frist time i returned the device back . Now i sent this device back and asked to return my money and they are not responding. Note ; I have many pictures for the karton box which had a sign of previously removed sticker which is a strong indicator that this was sent to another customer before me , also the box was torn at many places , also theres pictures to the microwave itself with apparent blow at the side wall . All this digital photograph with a timing exactly after the timing kargo company gave to me . Supposed the kargo company spontaneously to write a damage reprot and also the customer service had been iformed at the frist and second request of return . Im insisting to return my right , today inşallah i will start an official complaint at (Tüketici hakları derneği) , this is what i can do now . Thanks for any advice.

Yanlış ürün tanıtılıp fark ürün verildi bana ertesi gün iade etmek istediğimde de paket açıldığı için ürün iadesi yapamayacaklarını söylediler.Çalışanlar müşteri ile seviyesiz bir üslupla konuşuyor ve resmen hatalarını kapatmaya çalışıyor yetkili bir kişi bile yok asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Mediamarkı bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum

Bazı ürünler uygun fiyatlı oluyor bazıları ise pahalı ürün ve çeşit seçeneği çok daha önce alışveriş yaptım ama şükür hiç arızalanan bir ürünüm olmadığı için Garanti konusu nasıl onu bilmiyorum fiyatlar genel olarak normalin bir tık üstünde buradaki fiyatlardan daha uygun fiyatlara piyasada bulmak zor telefondan Tutun da Bilgisayar parçası ne kadar tüm ürünleri genelde bulabiliyorsunuz Vatan Bilgisayar'ın en büyük rakibi Türkiye'de Bence bu firma.
