We recently relocated our business to a new premises, it was vital we were up and running again as soon as possible. We use a lot of complex printing and scanning equipment, the team from Resolve managed to set these up on our new network extremely quickly and efficiently even though they hadn't had to deal with them before. Downtime was kept to a minimum and we were back up and ready to service our clients with no hassle or disruption. I would highly recommend their services. The resolve team are professional, reliable and extremely knowledgeable even in new and unseen processes.

We used this company for short period. I believe it is my duty to provide a fair and accurate picture of their service and ability. The owner is personable and speaks very convincingly about his own knowledge and the service that he can provide. The staff are helpful, Kitty is professional and polite. The knowledge of IT is dangerously basic, they should not be allow to deal with your complex IT. I am sure that they are capable of fixing glitches of a minor nature. However, as a business owner and a professional I would caution anyone about allowing them access to your system. We allowed them access to our system because they were recommended. We have been cause so much damage by this company, we are yet to establish the true extent. We have been in business for 10 years, we have used them for 6 months and the costs to our company is still ongoing. The extent of our losses is still to be calculated. The content of this review is 100% accurate. I never write reviews but I believe it important that other business owners are warned about this company.
I have found all the Staff at Resolve Technology very helpful and knowledgeable. The IT industry is ever changing and challenging and any work I have requested from Resolve has been accurate and to my complete satisfaction. I have no reservation in using Resolve and can recommend them to any local businesses as an honest, professional company.
I had an urgent IT issue (computer failure) and Tim managed to fit me in (during his lunch) and fix the issues in time for me make my urgent appointment, I cannot thank him enough. The service is second to none.
Yet again Resolve have saved the day, just could not get our new office 365 installation ( which we bought from Resolve) to install on our mac. Tim 'Resolved' it in no time. Great service , great price and an amazing software package.
