This place is a real home away from home. We've never stayed in a fully vegan B&B before - especially one where we had a day's cooking course in vegan Street food. Lizzy made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Her teaching skills in the cooking course were second to none, and during these crazy covid times all precautions were taken. It's a completey safe environment. We will 100% be coming back as she offers a number of different courses. 100% recommend this place to anyone, not just vegans.
We have just returned from 4 nights B&B at Our Lizzy's. Lovely room, delicious breakfasts with lots of choices, and the evening meals were wonderful - even better than we expected! Lizzie is very friendly and helpful. The area is good for hill walking and there are lots of places to visit, many with historical interest. Lizzy also runs veggie cookery courses, and I attended a Middle Eastern one. A relaxed and fun day in a small group - making a wide range of very tasty dishes and learning so much along the way. I have come back enthusiastic to try these new ingredients and recipes at home. Thank you for 4 great days and hope to visit again soon Jenny and Mick
We travelled 2 and half hours to see Lizzy and we weren't disappointed!! Lizzy was warm and welcoming and it was very homely so it made us relax instantly! We weren't sure what to expect and were thrilled to have learnt and cooked so much! Lizzy was extremely knowledgeable and combined lots of demos and hands on cooking! We had coffee on arrival with some amazing energy balls, a delicious snack about midday and then a late afternoon banquet!!! We were stuffed and took so much home!! Thank you Lizzy for an amazing time! We will be back!! X
Probably the nicest B&B I've stayed in. Big delicious vegan breakfast and Lizzy didn't even shout at me when I broke the toilet. Would give it 6 stars if I could.
