Came here for one semester for studying. To be honest, it was quite hard to find accommodation . And I was lucky to find these people. Rented very nice apartment in residence with swimming pool, gym and many more for a nice price. Guys helped me with paying bills, since all was in Turkish and sometimes it was hard to understand Tesekkurler ;)

We found these guys by word of mouth, they are really helpful, especially Alper. He tried his hardest to make our search and moving easy as possible and with all English he knew all Turkish I knew it wasn’t an easy thing to do. So grateful for having them on our side.
One of my friends introduced me to Alper. He helped us to rent a nice flat in İstanbul and despite the language difference, he was beside us in every part of the procedure. Thanks to EVTAŞ we are living in a flat we have always wanted
