everything at the practice was well organised, I didn't have any problems on arrival, had very good dental advice also and a thorough check up of my medical history and well being. To say I felt welcome and cared for goes without saying. Well done to all at the practice.

I was reassured by the questioning the day prior to my appointment. I was given clear instructions when I phoned the mobile number to advise of my arrival. Social distancing was observed in the reception, I was the only patient in there. The dentist put me at my ease and explained the options available to me on a scale of need and advised the best course of treatment to start with. I felt I was included in the decision making process and clear on what was to be done. The dentist was very good at explaining what she was doing and preparing me for what was to come next. I assume there was no mouth rinse to reduce the risk of airborne droplets?
