I have been calling for months about our fridge freezing our food in the fridge portion. At first they told us it was because the freezer was too packed, which I understood. However, months later after buying another fridge we are still having the same issue. We called again and were told we could not keep food on the middle of the top shelf middle or the bottom shelf at all.... What???? We are a family of 7 like they know because of the LEASE!!! Anyhow, they told me last week we will call you in 5-10 mins. I’m now on day day 6!!! One of those was thanksgiving, so give them that day for sure. Anyhow today I call the after hours line and they are rude. I did mention how I know for a fact Balfor is under FBI investigation.... she hung up on me! I manage Section 8 and I treat my people better with more love than they do for their residents that can literally DIE for their housing!!!
