Having spent a fair sum of money on 2 pairs of glasses I found that I just couldn't get on with them. I was anxious that my concerns would not be taken seriously and I would struggle to get the satisfaction I needed with glasses. How wrong I was! Everyone was super polite, kind and considerate. I was offered a retest and the result being that I was expecting my pair of occupational wear glasses to work differently to how they should and when I said my expectations were wrong the optician said it was their job to manage my expectations! How refreshing! The verifocals were remade with slightly less strong lenses. The team were so professional with dealing with me and I was not made to feel a nuisance as I thought I might. Brilliant service thank you!

Great visit to this Specsavers this morning, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mike who helped me choose my first pair of glasses and who made what I thought would be a boring experience enjoyable - so nice to deal with someone combining being professional with having personality. I thought the prices were reasonable and that there was a good choice of frames, I'd recommend this branch to others.
