From the moment I stepped through the door I received a friendly and professional greeting. My Stylist Kelly , was knowledgeable, and put me at ease, from the moment I sat down. Really pleased with my new hair style and booked in to be colored in a few weeks . Would definitely recommend this salon From Sara seen yesterday 12.45

I was very upset today to learn of poor communication between staff which led to my disappointment. I have been a loyal customer to this salon for a few years now and consequently spent a lot of money but was happy to as I have always been very happy with the quality of service, professionalism and the warm welcome you receive. Even to extend I would call some people my friends. However, today this was not the case. I had hair extensions put in in July which was very early for when I wanted them for in August at my wedding in Seychelles, however, my stylist was going on maternity leave so was happy to have them done earlier. At this time I was told if any fall out between now and when you fly abroad please 'pop in anytime and someone will fix them back in for you'. So fast forward to today I 'pop in' and received the answer of we are fully booked you should of made an appointment. I explained that I was told I could pop in and I was happy to wait or come back ,but the response was there is no time in the stylists day to fit it in. This is not what popping in means to me at all and I have bore the brunt of it. To my knowledge of watching this get put it my hair it would have been a 5-10 minute task, my hair will now not be at it's best for my wedding as I will know two are missing. It is now obvious to me the sylists, receptionists and owners are all on different pages. Sadly I see more and more these days of people not understanding the consequences of their actions.

Had a cut and colour with Katie and really pleased with the whole process from consultation to finish. The salon feels welcoming and I feel I get a 5 star experience every time.
