It is always refreshing to find a nice independent coffee shop. Malabar is a very thoughtful place with its own blend of fair-trade coffees and locally sourced pastries. It is cosy by design, but perhaps a little old fashioned compared to its more hipster contemporaries. Service was of your typical bored surly teenager archetype, something that seems to be a Sevenoaks standard on a Sunday morning.
