clean place, decent staff, good owner. If your looking for some peace and quite and a place somewhere near the CBD area, would recommend this place. Tenants mostly keep to themselves but there's a communal dinning and kitchen. Free water, wifi is okay and the place has a nice homey vibe to it. This mostly for long term stays, you can rent the a studio just for yourself but typically its for 2-3 people and each room has its own bathroom with shower (heater), aircondition, fan, a built closet, desk area, beds, bedside table, dresser and a keycard lock system. There's also a lobby and there's no curfew and the place has a 24 hour "front desk" where you can call to when ever you need something. I put the quotation marks because it's not like a frontdesk at a hotel, it's just a phone system that lets you call to the caretakers at the lobby and vice versa whenever you have issues in the room, a delivery or guests coming over. Mostly I use it to ask about the wifi because the wifi often times gets faulty but it's decent enough to watch a netflix series or binge watch on YouTube. You can bring guests over but if they're staying for more than a few days they'll need to pay transcient fees. Walking distance places: 7/11 - 1-2mins away laundry mat (one shine laundry) - 1-2 mins market - 1-2 mins catholic church (saint andrews) - 2-5 mins Mall (century city mall) 3-5 mins (sm Jazz) 5-8 mins fast food jollibee (3-5mins) chowking (3-5 mins)
