I would be very careful about using your credit card in this company. I have not lived in the Philippines for two year, and yet, in January 13, 2021 and on January 21, 2021, Piandre Makati charged my credit card. I have to close my credit card due to fraud and spend several days redoing my credit card transactions. I have had this same credit card for several years and had over 50 automatic payments billed to my credit card that I had to do all over again. After all the stress they put me through and after filing a complaint with the company, this company had the audacity to charge my credit card again. UNPROFESSIONAL. SCRUPULOUS. DO NOT TRUST PIANDRE!!!!!!!!!!

I think its the best hairdresser in town. Its very clean, amd they practice proper distancing. Also all the staffs are very friendly. Its a cool place.

I love the fact that the management of this salon actually takes care of its people. They are the only one I heard that still pays their staff and actually never failed to uplift their spirits during the lockdown. I support Piandre for this and that's why I am happy spending money there.
Friendly staff and really good service
I just went there a few minutes ago. I was looking forward to treating myself to a hair day and already mentally prepared on the amount I will splurge on just to get a good hairdo fix. When i went to the reception, The receptionist did not even bother to say good morning. I inquired about services and would only get 1 liner answers. Every time she answered, she would look down again on her computer or logbook as if she couldn't be bothered. After 3-4 attempts in trying to understand what necessary services to avail, I just gave up and walked out. I figured if I’m ready to spend to 8k to 10k on a salon on a single sitting, i’d better get better service than this. If this is how it starts, might as well walk away early.
Highly recommended for your hair beautification..look for Ms Elsa, one of the best hairdresser!
