One of my friends recommended this so I was surprised by the negative review I read here. My own experience is positive not only with Gina, the sales person, but with everyone with Philcopy down to the security guard who helped with the parking when I went to buy my unit. It is best to call and talk to a sales person before going there as it takes them a day to prepare an intended purchase. The quality of the Kyocera printer is excellent. My preference in print output required more setup option selection from standard. J.P. Rizal is undergoing street repairs so at the moment parking is tricky.

Suggest anyone to try elsewhere. Their sales people are literally out of hell, as a previous reviewer stated. This company don’t even have a single idea about customer service. They can’t even sell.
