The location is excellent. Basement 1 is connected to two of the main malls in the area (Glorietta and Landmark), so you do not even need to walk outside to access groceries, restaurants and shops. Also within walking distance from the Ayala MRT station and from all the best establishments in this area. The units are okay and spacious. The pool looks great.
Been living here for almost 2 years now. Despite the finishes not up to expectations, the biggest upside living here is the location, everything being literally a stone’s throw away, maybe even less. The concierge does an excellent job taking care of the residents, hats off to apmc.
Outstanding location and building with premium service and amenities
Update: raised it from 1-star to 3-star since they finally allowed pets, and I heard the trash chutes are working again. Pools are also open now. Def getting better in time. From the perspective of condo owner/tenant: no trash chute/trash room so there are flies/bugs even on higher floors. extremely annoying. Fun fact: (maybe it's just our condo) there's a card slot like in the hotel rooms to start/stop electricity, and it works like so...but this condo isn't a hotel? shows how absurd the design is. The lobby is grand, nice amenities (closed-down pool however) but that's about it. Perfect example of pretty cover but no great content. Overall, its alright. Would have rather lived in Garden Towers (under construction just across) at least they've got the trash chutes down according to their website. Lol. Sorry for the rant but I can't work while flies dance around me. We've asked for pest control more than once yet flies still come back..I blame it on the fact that we just dump our trash bags out in front of the electricity room entrance on the floor..and obviously
There is a serious stench of sewage coming from the bathroom drains/sink, have to keep doors closed at all times otherwise it stinks up the entire apartment. We now have a fly problem inside our apartment because we're next to the garbage room, which has no chute, so who knows how long the garbage sits there and rots. Went to exit my apartment yesterday and the entire doorknob came off
