Its easy to track na places.
Good security check, great location near to MRT. But...... If the room windows is facing to the main road... Its a nightmare.... The car horn nonstop for 24hours.

Office building wedged between Sogo and another building on Edsa. Almost no parking. Pleasant staff. Both elevators work well. Noise from Edsa heavy in low floors.
Always staying there when going Manila.
