AMBIENCE This place is more useful as a takeout sandwich shop but they do have dine-in space for at least 10 customers. Despite this set-up, customers were still buying while we stood on the left side near the till with our food and drink; it was that full. Their items labeled with their corresponding kcal count. FOOD Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi was super delicious! We learned that almost all flavors have liver spread, which really improves the flavor of all banh mi that we have tried so far. Junior size was cute and perfect for merienda. That means: I WISH I ordered the bigger one. BEVERAGE Arnibal Milk Tea was a new, uncommon flavor that we appreciated. Getting 22 oz was a good choice for us! SERVICE Staffers were friendly, smiling and understanding. We felt their difficulty in telling a customer that their shop doesn't have drinking water, drinking cups and toothpicks; it's not easy when they were all requested for in succession.
