An unsophisticated, relaxing, art-filled place perfect for dates, solo diners, and art enthusiasts. This branch almost echoes the rustic vibe of the one at Bahay ng Alumni, UP Diliman. There were no other people when we arrived at the café at 8:30 in the evening, so the place was quiet. They could have used a little ambient music to flush out the unnecessary sound from their kitchen. Also, there were some mosquitoes at the table where we were sitted, so a pest control would have been helpful. On our table: Signature Beef Tapa Shrimp Pasta Aligue Dark Chocolate Molten Lava Their Signature Beef Tapa was good, but they could have served it warm so it could be tastier. The Shrimp Pasta Aligue’s serving was big enough to serve two people and we could taste the essence of its crab and shrimp paste. For the finale, the Dark Chocolate Molten Lava was perfect to fill in our sweetness craving. The service was fast. All our requests were accommodated properly. Overall, it was a great dining experience but there were areas that would need to be improved.
Stupid people running this place. Sat in my seat 10 minutes before my order was even taken. After ordering beer, and a delay of five more minutes, I was told they had no beer. Decor is nice, music boring. We ordered a lemon carrots juice... we got a lemonade with sliced carrots!! What the hell!!!!! Avoid this place like the plague.
Tossed Green Salad is a mess! They serve in it in a small dish with too many greens on it. You can't tossed it anymore and not so good flavor. I wonder who invented their own style of menu. Never again.
We should of turned around after we waked in & realised we were the only people there. I heard the microwave ding and then our food came out. Food average at best. Won’t be going back.
A very underrated place, in fact unknown to many. Quiet, artsy with lots of artwork to keep your eyes busy while waiting for your order. Their coffee has good choices from the Cordilleras, and the food offerings are very good, and so is the service. I hope I can go back more often, that just don't have good parking.
Not sure why they promote their coffee, it tastes like mud.
Love the place! Their dark chocolate lava cake is a must try.
