Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good range of wines and sampling can be arranged.
Shocking, shocking service. Not often I write a review but i must. Had to return some wine there we ordered online as it was 2019, not 2018 as selected. We were told we were being unreasonable by the staff person. We asked for a receipt for bottles returned and all this was too difficult and demanding. Atrocious care for the customer, shocking behaviour and attitude....one of the worst customer experiences we have had.
