This 5 star review is for the Maitlands team in Ivybridge. Vicky and her team on the sales side were fantastic when we sold our house recently. The team were friendly and professional, everything was explained in an easy to understand manner and we were kept up to date throughout the process. They were very proactive, plus we got an online portal to keep on top of rightmove stats and viewings. Once the sale was agreed the process moved on to the Maitlands dedicated moving team. They managed and acted as troubleshooter for our sale and purchase, liaising with our developer, solicitors and buyer. They were absolutely brilliant throughout. I can not recommend Maitlands enough, estate agents generally have a mixed reputation but the Ivybridge team were worth every penny.

Vicky assisted my husband and I with selling our home and the purchase of a new build; within less than 24 hours of meeting Vicky she had put our house on the market and sold it! This allowed us to go ahead with the purchase of our new house efficiently! Such a professional and friendly service from the whole of the maitlands team but a special thanks to Vicky and Nathan (from MAB) for working together so well to allow us to sell our first ever home to buying our family home without it being a stressful process! Even on moving day (right before Christmas) when help to buy scheme were delaying proceeding, the staff at maitlands all offered to help us move on their first day of Christmas leave-such a lovely gesture!
