Just excellent. Was blown away by the quality of the food! The service was top notch; the wine selection extensive and the ambience excellent! But, that being said, for a place with these prices and with a menu in English for non German clients, they didn’t accept CCs. That’s the reason for a -1. All in all a great experience!
This place was amazing! Cozy atmosphere, delicious wine, and the food was divine. Everyone was friendly and the owner came and chatted with our group and took pictures for us. I can't wait to go back.
Be prepared. You're getting a book as menu. The first two to three pages are food and soft drinks. Every remaining page is wine! The food was outstanding, service was quick and friendly.
Everything is fresh and the food is delicious! The menu changes with the seasonal ingredients.The owners and staff are super friendly. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy outside seating. It's very popular with the Mainz locals. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and quantity. Skip the touristy restaurants and eat here for good, traditional food, like a local!
