I don’t like giving this company even one star, but that was my lowest option. My box arrived smashed to bits by the USPS, but the Mail Room did a lousy job of packing my glass-framed artwork in the first place and they charged me 60 to pack it! I COULD HAVE DONE A MUCH BETTER JOB MYSELF!!! I just didn’t have the right sized box at home. It’s comical how it arrived. The box was too big for the item and there was absolutely no packing paper around it to keep it from moving around in the box. The woman put my artwork in a garbage bag and threw in some paper, one piece of thin, tiny bubble wrap (Just a piece of it!) and didn’t bother wrapping the solid wood frame in anything. There wasn’t one stamp that read “Fragile” anywhere. When I picked it up, I immediately heard the broken glass and my heart sank. The artwork was a beautiful pedi-point that my best friend’s mother made in 1975. She passed away in ‘96. Her daughter gave it to me as a gift last week when I was in Oklahoma. Take your business elsewhere if you want your items delivered in one piece! I’m glad my father paid for the 200 insurance!
They messed my electric bill up it didn't post for almost two weeks it was a day or two from being late whatever u do go somewhere else cause the mailroom went to hell in a handbasket
