I arranged for MBE Portsmouth to collect, wrap and deliver a large valuable and delicate porcelain tea service and deliver to me. The communication from Mollie was extremely good. The service was collected, brilliantly packed with every piece individually wrapped and sent to me promptly. I could not have been more pleased.
How good is Mail Boxes Etc. Portsmouth? I would trust them to pack and ship Audrey Hepburn's last kiss. That good. Use them with confidence in superb packaging and fair pricing.
Absolutely brilliant packaging (double boxed and bubble wrapped) and very friendly efficient service. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. I would definitely use them again and it makes me feel confident about buying items from the local auction again. Thank you
Buying at auction is a little unsettling - especially when you cannot go and pick up your purchases - especially when they are fragile, glass ones. In my anxiety I called numerous times and was always treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Even then I could never have expected such immaculate packaging. Nothing was spared. Bubble wrap on each and every box. Double boxed and next day delivery. Wow! as the French would say, Chapeau! V. highly recommended.
