Just received my professionally packed box. It arrived quicker than expected and at the Economy Rate. Everything was efficient from start to finish. I am well impressed and wholeheartedly recommend MailBoxes Etc on Kings Road. I have been dealing with this location for nearly five years and am consistently pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for always being there for me.

I received a beautifully packaged, framed work of art that arrived exactly on time, with no damage at all, a continent away. Very friendly staff with easy communication. Highly recommend!
I recently started using this company to ship my post on a regular basis from my home in London, to my residence in France where I decided to stay during the various phases of the Covid pandemic. You can expect a great level of service provided by the manager Lubya and her team. I used them for mailing 200 Christmas cards, regular international fedex shipments, and even running local errands, it’s like having a personal assistant on hand. Bravo!
This is \Must Go\ go place to go for your difficult packing and shipping needs. They are the experts! Shipped 150 bottles of wine for me over 1500 miles - through five countries and all arrived safe. Not one broken. They are totally professional in what they are doing but achieve you great shipping prices. Could not find a better place to ship in entire London.
Mail Boxes Chelsea has been an invaluable resource for me during this lockdown period when I have been unable to operate from an office - but still needed to handle documents of high importance in an efficient and timely manner. Thanks to the reliability, professionalism and flexibility of the team - particularly Lyuba, I have been able to treat MBE Chelsea as an extension of my own office, and entrust Lyuba with some essential tasks - even with me being out of the Country! How's that for service?! I can't recommend highly enough this resource - one which has kept me afloat this past nine months of Covid 19 crisis. Thank you!
