Best Tea Rooms Cafe ever! Homemade quality & wholesome food, great atmosphere & friendly service. Cheesy scrambled eggs on toast, so fluffy n yummy but our favourite are Lucy's lovely jacket spuds & cakes. Totally recommend!

First visit today. It was nice. Staff very attentive but not overly so which was perfect. Very small so didn't take a lot of people before it was full. My friend had reserved a table in the window but when she got there, they had set up for another group of people having afternoon tea. When my friend questioned this she was told it had already been reserved before she reserved it, so why didn't they tell her that on the phone at the time! They didn't take our details either for track and trace COVID-19.

Such a lovely tea room, really peaceful setting a s great value. Afternoon tea here is delicious and I love having a wander round the antiques downstairs afterwards!

Such a lovely tea room. Beautiful home made cakes. Very friendly owner who works hard, and friendly assistants. Love walking round the antiques when weve had some lovely home made cake. Would recommend this tea room to anybody who hasnt tried it yet. It takes us around 30/40 mintes to get there but we often make the ride out there just to go there. Theresa & Keith.

Beautiful little tea rooms in the pretty setting of Wateringbury with an antique showroom in the basement. Food and drink served on a lovely selection of vintage china. As is located on the crossroads, parking is available opposite in the library and pavilion car park.
