Dealt With Ben In sales on our recent purchase of A New shape Vw Crafter , They had Great product knowledge and helped us with what we needed, Rather than loads of unnecessary stuff from A Van, Van was lovely and all prepped and Ben was very Good With Safe distancing during the Stay Safe 2metres apart and pointing out all the features and how to use them on the Vw infotainment System as well as the vehicles other functions. I tried to purchase a car recently from these guys through an Autotrader advert. They were awfully helpful, but I didn't purchase any extras or finance deal. I paid a deposit and they sent me a sales contract. Made arrangements to travel from Liverpool to Maidstone to pick the car up a week later, as agreed. They then cancelled the deal on me, at the last minute, making some excuse about a mechanical fault. By then, it was too late to get my train tickets refunded. I've politely asked them to refund me the cost of the train ticket, to no avail. I've now noticed the car in question was taxed within the following three days for a full year, so obviously sold to someone else. Makes you go..\Hmmmm\. Not a good experience and out of pocket.
Great experience... Came away very happy with my new van. Very high level of customer service. I would recommend Vanwise to anyone.
I recently purchased a lovely used ford focus edge and I love it x i went in to the dealership not knowing what i wanted but the staff were amazing in talking me through various options and they found the perfect car for me x nothing was too much trouble I didn't feel pressured at all and the car is wonderful x the service department were amazing in ensuring I was happy and in sorting my finance and I even got a call a few days later to make sure I was happy with everything. I would recommend this dealership to anybody x
Unless your prepared to be pushed into using their finance company then they have a 200 admin charge for you to use your own... steer clear and like me if you have been told this report to Financial Ombudsman... and look else where for a honest dealer... in twenty years of buying commercial vehicles for a group of businesses I have never come across this ....
