Bit of a mess while in lockdown. Boxes everywhere waiting to be unpacked and some shelves fairly empty. However managed to go in and find a few birthday presents and cards which is all I needed.

I bought a sofa 18 months ago and its broken,its a recliner and that has broken on 1 side so uncomfortable. The Range doesn't want to know and wont offer any help

Terrible store organisation..Queing for the tills were not monitored by staff.. absolutely no social distance floor makers.People were standing far too close.. Whilst this was happening a group of 4 teenagers walked around the back of the tills with wooden blinds stole these items.We highlighted this to staff. On the way out of the store I said to a staff member about the social distancing..her reply was they had no control over that..Why when entering the store you are greeted with regulations and rules.Many staff standing around..it needed someone to organise and implement the social distancing aspect at the queue..In all honesty it just felt like a free for all..

I love the Range, it is reminiscent of the old 'Woolworths'. An all round store and excellent coffee shop to relax in between shopping.

What a good store. Really friendly staff working here, thanks for helping me stay sane in an otherwise crazy world. And with all the other stores closed there's ample parking available.
