There seems to be no way of contacting this company at all. I only recently found out I had a CCJ from them whilst trying to move my mortgage to a new property. I've a completely clean credit history for the last 10 years and this was the only thing there which was filed under an address I sold 4 years ago! I've called and paid the CCJ as it seemed the only way to do anything but now I can't actually speak to anyone to find out how quickly it will be shown as settled for me to get a mortgage!!! It's absolutely gutting to have your life put on hold for a parking ticket you knew nothing about and no way of actually getting hold of anyone

Worst experince I ever had. Instead of coming to my address, the enforcement officer went to my neighbour's address. Then after arranging a 3 installments plan for an amount of 700 in total, over the phone, I ve been asked if I agree automatic payments which I declined. After paying 2 instalments, I couldn't pay the last one in time. I was threatened that I will go to jail or all my belongings will be taken and stuff like this. We finally agreed on a date when I should make the payment which was due on a Saturday. The enforcement agent decided to just try and get the money sooner, without my permission. He had my card details saved (of course he had) and he just took the money off me. I realised once I woke up that morning that my money are missing so I called him. He said he cannot refund it as he was off untill Monday and that it will take 5 days to have it back in my account which doesn't make any sense as I have to pay this money anyway. He didn't even bother to say sorry. What he did is Illegal!!!
Doesn't care about anything but the money will constantly bang on your door hounding you for payments and will either ignore your phone calls or not pay attention to anything your saying and just say \I'll leave it in your hands\. Enforcement officer that we had was disrespectful rude and lied to us and then to the office so nothing could get sorted. Complaints don't go anywhere I put in a complaint to the head of stanford and green and even they just assume your lying and that their enforcement officers are doing everything by the book. Most useless company I've ever had to deal with.
ok so 4 may be a little out there for some of you ....the only reason they didnt get 5 is because they are bailiffs and who likes bailiffs!!! if i could give 4.75 i would. i personally went through a really difficult time financially and they got my council tax...for about six years if not more.......the council were the horrible ones not the bailiffs that came to me......they were really good and understanding and made arrangements to pay really easy....even giving me Dec free so as i could put it towards christmas when my children were little........and im still paying ...as long as they get the payment they dont even contact me.....if ever i get into that situation again id rather Stamford and Green came .....Chandlers are the worst ever ..... they came to me once and my cousin made them meet him in asda car park and paid them off as they had me really crying and hysterical....THEY seem to think peoples distress is funny.....STAMFORD AND GREEN HAVE COMPASSION so if you are calm and explain your situation they help as much as they can......just saying ....thats my experience with them ...

Slough council use this company to do there council tax collections for people who have not paid , another useless company like Slough council themselves , these kind of companies should be fined themselves and locked up and put in jail , they have a jumble which they give on enforcement notices but knowone answers the phone , why Slough council has given this contact to a company that does not have the capability to answer the phones ( maybe they just ignore ) I don’t understand ???? Just another example of the fraud and corruption going within Slough council , probably a friends company . Totally useless incompetent fools who should all be locked up with the key thrown far away
