I made contact with Tim. He gave me lots of advice, reassurance and was very professional. He then gave prompt service by coming round the following morning. Tim assessed every room, in cupboards, under cupboards, the outdoor areas and inside the loft. Every inch was assessed. Non-chewable materials at entry points and traps were put in place. I was given information about how the mice have got into the property and where they have and haven't been (shudder). All my questions were answered and fears (yes I'm extremely scared person) alleviated. Tim is the best person for this service and I will definitely recommend him to everyone. For such a high quality and professional service I couldn't have hoped for more reassurance and great value for money. Don't delay in contacting Tim for this peace of mind service. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend. Tim is helpful, careful, super tidy. He also has lots of integrity in how he advises If you have mouse phobia he will help you work out how to proof without using your stress and desperation as a lever to make more money. Would recommend for private residence or commercial.
Absolutely first class service, Tim is an expert at diagnosing and resolving pest problems. Great communications, it was really easy to book in an initial appointment, and then a couple of follow up visits to check the issue had been fixed. 100% recommended.
