Professional service from start to finish. Greeted at entrance with wheelchair, which was requested beforehand. Mr Lim did a thorough consultation with my elderly mum and proceeded with on the spot treatment. More assistance given to my disabled mum with two friendly nurses during the procedure to remove deep impacted wax which had caused balance problems. 25 minutes later, perfect hearing achieved! Big Thank you to Mr Lim and his fabulous team.
