My nan is currently living there, it's OK as a care home but because I have work in a 5 star care home it's only a good care home to me. The equipment needs to be updated and the rooms lack colour. The staff don't like it if you come to visit before 9am. My nans room doesn't get cleaned enough. I have to bring in a candle or wax melts while I'm there. In contrast to the care home 'West bank' ' Brough Green' its OK.

My mother moved into Maidstone Care Centre last year after having lived successfully in another care home for the previous 8 years. Her needs had increased hence the move. Despite being physically and mentally very poorly, she has thrived at the nursing home. We feel confident with the care she is receiving and the friendliness of the staff. She is in safe hands.
It's friendly, the staff really care about the residents. It's kept clean and there's lots for them to do.
Volunteer here with my pat dog. Good friendly staff that show care and compassion
