After using this company for 8 years , when one of my terminals went wrong they sent me a part to fix it myself which didn't work . They Then sent a new terminal . Then I received a bill for a new terminal and the part that didn't work . thanks for the loyalty and goodbye Im off .

I recently started my own brownie stall at a busy market and realised that handling cash isn't the best option as these days who actually carries cash! I then went about trying to find a company that could provide a card machine with a very short deadline. I wasted so much time contacting companies that done nothing but mess me about, but this one is something else. Their customer service is top quality, I just wish I had have contacted them initially. So now, I use them regular, whenever I have my major market dates... Great work 123send a thumbs up from me.

Appalling company! Service is terrible, Accounts are unqualified and have no idea what is going on. The machines are out dated and you can definitely get more modern and better options elsewhere (at a significantly cheaper cost). Avoid at all costs.

Whilst helpful for the initial hire they omitted to tell me some vital information which ended up costing us over 100 pounds. They said oh we told you on the telephone. Not in any of the emails or documents. They the. Ignored my Complaint.
