I had Luke from The Loft Access Company working on my loft for two days. He was very polite and diligent in his work, and took great care throughout. He insulated and boarded my loft, installed a ladder and a new hatch, all to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend!

I have just had my loft boarded and ladder installed by The Loft Access Company. From start to finish, Dominic and the team were superb. They provided me with sound advice, a competitive quote and Luke (installer) and Matt (electrician) turned up promptly on the day and Luke left at 6:45pm, hardly stopping all day. I am intending on having my loft converted at the end of the summer and have begun my quest to find a suitable company to carry out what is to be a fairly large conversion. After visiting several sites and selecting what I perceived to be the most professional and experienced Loft companies to provide quotations, I decided to do my due diligence and check out their financial status . What I found was that the majority of the companies had very little or no cash and that their liabilities exceeded their assets which meant that they are technically insolvent and are using their future customers funds to pay for there previous builds. On checking this company I found that it had just gone into Liquidation in the past few weeks. I called the number on the website and asked what was the situation and the cautious reply was that they were transferring the work to another of their companies called the Loft Access Storage Company Ltd. This company is also very limited in cash and assets and I would not consider using them for my project, and I would suggest that anyone who does should seek a directors guarantee. Mike
