Robbery by SMARTY! Charged but not given access. I have had the worst experience with SMARTY. They offer attractive prices but have one of the worst services. I recently bought a plan and activated a little over a week ago, however it still does not work. I cannot make calls nor can I use data. Seems like I have been charged for nothing. They do not have a dedicated customer service so if you send a message, they take over 24 hours to reply. They ask you for verification and disappear for another 24 hours. I tried sending an email, but got a response that they cannot help, and I need to contact the same chat that takes over 24 hours to reply. Yesterday, I finally managed to get someone on chat, but Manisha the person I spoke to, took over 3 hours to acknowledge there was an issue. She kept arguing with me that there was no issue, even though their own app showed that they had paused my plan and I sent her a screenshot. All she kept telling me to do was restart my phone. Then after 3 hours, she said she will forward the issue to the technical team. So here I am over a week later and still not able to make calls, use data, no refund, and not able to get a response. So essentially just money down the drain!

It’s didn’t got SIM card in 2 working days as they said on them website! For me I ordered last Sunday and I just got it today.. it’s take 5 working day. Signal is fine....

Great price for 30gb of data and unlimited calls and texts for 10 a month. It's the lowest I have ever paid for a mobile contract. Signal is always good and tethering is a relief when travelling in the UK.

Do not go with them, I'm still their customer, but not for very long. I have no signal on the phone (in the N. Lins area), and I work from home 4 days a week, being imperative to be able to use the phone for telephone consults. I'm very disappointed in their services.

Great but more importantly, simply priced plans. Coverage is one of the best of phone providers as it uses 3s network. Wifi calling and texting has just been added and soon 5g will be added too. Easy to sign up and easy to cancel. No stress contract indeed!
