My Briggs and Riley bag had a broken wheel. I sent off my bag, having read various reviews of K2 Global. I was happy to pay 15 to have the thing picked up from my house. The acknowledgment of its arrival at the depot was quick and also I very soon got confirmation that my bag was covered by Briggs and Riley wonderful lifetime guarantee. It did take a couple of weeks for them to get PARTS FROM USA. But I must single out the excellent Rhiana , who not only was prompt in her responses but also wrote off emails to check the whereabouts of the spare parts. I've now got my bag back and it is wonderful; they not only replaced the chassis but also the slightly manky handle and I didnt even ask for that! I did have to make one trip with a different bag, because this one was at repair but I think the turnaround was perfectly acceptable and I recommend this company.

It is a stressful time when a suitcase is damaged. It takes time and energy to get it sorted (none of which you have budgeted in to your busy week). I only have great things to say regarding my experience with K2 Global (this is my second time of dealing with K2 Global within 18 months). I had the pleasure of conversing with Christine Jones on both occasions. She and the team around her could not have done enough to help me with my damaged case. She is someone who has the perfect mix of professionalism and a pragmatic ‘let’s get this sorted’ can do attitude. If only everyone I dealt with, was like this, the world of Customer Service would be a better place.

I asked for a wheel from a suitcase of K2 Global. They told me no parts available for my case. The only solution they give me is to send the suitcase to manufacturer in London. Bad and late service: they tried to bore me by sending emails once a week once I resent my emails asking again. They answer to me 3 emails that soon will have an answer until they told me no replacement for a simple wheel of an actual suitcase that they sell in the webpage.
