We went there to buy my daughter a new bike. There was a lady that was very helpful and friendly. We had chosen the bike, but wanted to see it. She got the bike down so my daughter can try it out. Than explained everything about promotions and build of the bike, very detailed, but not over so you could be bother about it. Her name was Mia. Thank you Mia for the great experience!

I called the store to check if the item I needed (car battery) was available and the person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Once I got the confirmation the item was in stock, I came in and one of the sales assistants had it ready and waiting for me. They fit the battery in no time, I paid for it at the till and was on my way. Great customer service - as always at the Maidenhead store.
