I recently ran into Antony Miles from the Maidenhead office of Haart Letting while he was showing an apartment in the building where I reside. An external light which illuminated the front door had been out since September of last year. I had repeatedly asked my landlord to address the issue with no result. I spoke to Antony on a Saturday afternoon and explained the situation. On the Monday evening, Antony came to my apartment to inform me that an electrician would be there within a week to resolve the issue. As explained, an electrician came yesterday to replace the LED unit. Job done! It's so refreshing to have someone actually live up to their word and conduct themselves in such a courteous and professional manner. Great customer service. Thank you.

I always tend to compliment people and never get around on actually writting a proper review. Well, let's just say that Antony Miles has deserved it. He has been dealing with our letting situation since November. He is a kind and attentive person, and what makes him different from other letting agents is that he actually cares!! And always makes sure that all parties are pleased and happy with the outcome. We have been having some issues with our rented property and even though it's not Antony's job he has gone way beyond the expected to help us.
