Excellent COVID safety measures in place. Excellent choice of fish for all levels, love the marine tanks and fish, definitely considering another tank for marine life. Very knowledgeable staff, very helpful which makes an excellent visit and service.

My sister and I visited today to choose a fish for her marine tank. Alex was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. It was obvious that he is passionate about his job and keen to share his experience with others. Highly recommended.
2 months ago I wasn’t very knowledgable about the fish keeping hobby. I walked in and was greeted by Kyle who with absolute patience gave me a full crash course to a successful tank and how to cycle it in the first place. Now, a couple months later I have a very healthy looking tank filled with colourful happy fish. I’ve come in several times I between and was greeted by either Kyle or Alex every time who not only answered every question I had but also showed genuine interest. Honestly wouldn’t ever go anywhere else!
Polite, knowledgeable staff encountered consistently... this is how an aquatics store should be! I went there today to purchase some maintenance goods and guppies for our tank and observed all the staff being helpful and going out of their way to maintain customer service whilst working within current lockdown restrictions in the shop. We have been to this shop several times and each time we have been met by pleasant, caring and genuinely interested staff who are an asset to the place. The range, health and quality of tropical fish and associated aquatic goods is excellent and very good value for money. They are more than happy to give information and advice too. Compared to the other local pet shops in the area, this one far exceeds them all. I highly recommend anyone, interested in aquiring or who has established fish tanks or ponds, to use their services.
