Very helpful in the shop will tell you everything you need to know. Fish are very healthy I've never had a problem. I rate four star because when I phoned last week they couldn't hear me even when I was almost shouting down the phone, I appreciate it would be difficult to hear on a busy day. But the fact they just hung up on me was not great custom service. Also it would be nice if they had a marine area.

Bought some cichlid fish for my new tank and they where very helpful with advice on the fish
Very friendly highly recommend this Stockton one to the others I've been too
Not bad. Very well laid out with a variety of tanks and some with fitted units. Also some nice little tanks for those of you who have very little in the way of space.
Tanks looked dirty today. However good variety of fish and the staff are very knowledgeable
