I was able to browse without any interruption from the Staff, wen I eventually asked for advice on many aspects of fish keeping, Chris was extremely, I repeat, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he gave me all the time I required, I felt very welcome, I live local to the Pyle Store and I will definitely be making return visits for stock and supplies, service with a smile & knowledge are key
Nice people, good products, masses of choice. BUT, I went there 5th July 2020 for pond sticks. They have large tubs, same as on sale in lots of places for around 25 a tub. Maidenhead Aquatics were 'marketing' them as \Buy One Get One Free\. At 56.99 a tub!!!!!!! Are these people serious? Do they really think people are that stupid not to be able to see they more than double the price, then claim you get one free? I won't be going there again, I don't need to be insulted like this.
Best place for aquarium fish, the fish are very healthy and well cared for, they have the best and most extensive selection in the Bridgend area, this is where i always go to look for tropical fish.
Have visited twice recently, buying a waterlily and some floating plants. I advise people to examine plants very carefully before placing in the pond at home, as there is often duckweed lurking amongst the foliage.
