Be prepared to wait in the queue for a long time. Better go there at 9 am. Grab a form, it has handwritten token number. Fill it out and wait for your turn in the queue. Chit chat with others, get into your phone or go out and comeback before your turn. Almost no place to sit while waiting in the queue. The operators are friendly. Their systems are so slow. No prior appointment on any portal necessary.

Opens at 9:30-9:40 am for form distribution. Before that around 30-40 people would already be standing in the queue for form/token collection. So better to be there at least at 9 am then you would have your number around 15-20. It takes around 10-15 mins for each applicant. They start enrolling/updating from 10:15 - 10:30 am as it takes time to settle down and start the systems. So be prepared for 2-3 hrs of waiting. Pros - 1.No extra/off the record charges. 2. Remains open (beyond 2 pm) till all the token for the day are done. 3. These guys do not take any tea/lunch break. 4. Everything related to adhaar is done here. Cons. - 1. Only two counters/PCs, so at a time max two applicants are entertained. 2. Seating arrangement only for up to 20 people max. 3. One form/token per adult. Ex. they don't allow your and your kid's adhaar change application at a time. 4. They issue max 30 forms/token for a day. Later if few people are gone/not present then they issue more as per the rush. 5. Small and congested place. Tip - If you live nearby, you can take the token early morning and leave, fill the form and come later. They would allow you even if you miss your number only if its the same day.

Information not given properly, they send me to Maha eSeva kendra for Aadhar phone number update, nearest Maha eSeva person says they dont do any work of Aadhar card.

Good experience.. you have to go early 1hr means 9am to get token i.e. update form, for that u should have ur original aadhar documents.They provide form to first 40 people only so go 1hr early. After that u can do other work and came at any time that day before 4pm or 5pm.
