They sold my mother a phone with broken packaging, which she had to throw away just after one year (just after the warranty period) because of a motherboard power ic issue. They have taken advantage of her gullibility, given that shes from a less tech savvy generation. Beware they will try to trick you as well. Poor customer service.

The sales outlet service is truly satisfactory and can recommend. But when it comes to after sales services it is terrible. I have handed over a laptop for repairs for third time, still in the warrenty period, and they are unable to do it at good level This time I was handed over it for repairs to Maharagama branch on 21.06.2019. The repair section promised to complete the repair and informed that I can collect the item on 15.07.2019. These days I'm away from my home and stay in Anuradhapura for some personal matters but I came all the way to maharagama to collect it on 15th. There answer was that I can collect it only on 17th July. But I had to return Anuradhapura on same day. Then I contacted them several times over the phone and they said this and that but I still don't know actually what is happening. So cannot trust these people better to go to another branch but not to Maharagama. Jayantha. Job No - REPJ337571
