Super Quality Products.. Great after sales service...Best Price... Friendly staff & proprietor.... They extended their service up to late night by handling my laptop remotely to solve a technical issue in a much much needed time... Best part is it was beyond the warranty period.... Laptop was sold to me at a good price but the after sales service was horrible. Laptop refused to turn on within the week the warranty expired. Shop kept the laptop for two weeks and did absolutely nothing to fix. Had replaced some other working parts without notifying me but still hadn't fixed the root issue. Inexperienced staff handling repairs and customer agents are prone to run their mouth at customers. Great place to buy but not good at all for repairs.
Worst place to buy a laptop.... Good that i saw today how they mix parts..... before packaging.... NEVER BUY FROM HERE.....
What ever they have advertised will not be there at the place after the long journey up to Maharagama... So sad... If any older people or people from far place visited just by looking at the advertisement the shop people will cheat the old people and the people from far away will have to buy a expensive worth less laptop for they have visited all the way from rural area. And all the lap tops are re conditioned(Most of those are from Singhapore used laps). Which is ont sure for long-term useage!!!
Great place to buy a laptop. Recently purchased a Dell laptop and there was a small issue. Then they offered me the chance to exchange it to another Lenovo laptop, rather than waiting for repair. Specially, they have good Lenovo business series laptops.
