Bad service. Does not deliver what you paid for. After about weeks when u go to pick up the product, first they say to come on another day. Then when u go on the second day they say it is not available, irrespective of you already having paid for it. So to prevent more and more delay you have just take what they give and come. I will never go again.

I shall repeat that this place is 'extremely' poor quality. Having a joyous wedding day and having your picture taken with your new spouse is a memory that we want to treasure and share. BUT, my wife and I did not have that opportunity as Helen's Studio took OVER TWO(02) MONTHS to provide my enlargements, whilst providing me with continuous and numerous excuses. If you want to take a photo to treasure a memory, i suggest you go elsewhere. Plus, they won't even answer my phone calls anymore.
Worst studio and very poor customer service. The owner don't know how to speak to customers. We gave to make our wedding album on December 2018 and they promised to give within two months. But we got the album on 01st of august 2020 after 100 calls, several visits and finally with police involvement. They giving thousands of excuses to hide their mistakes and carelessness. They don’t have creative album designers and staff, the person (Piyal)who design our album was really rude and irresponsible person with lack of communication skills. Several times I asked them to modify few photos. But they did nothing and resend the same thing again and again. When we realise that they not take any responsibility for finishing the album, we contacted the studio owner Mr.Roshan and explain the situation. At the beginning he promised us that he will involve and finish the album within two weeks but then after he also act as same as others by avoiding our calls. Had no other option, we asked police to get involve and finally got the albums after 1.5years which looks terrible. Highly not recommend this studio to any one. If you want to make a terrible wedding album and also want to waste your time and money then this is the ideal places. For others, please avoid this place as there are thousands of much better studios around there.

Very poor customer service. And the worst photo unit which I have ever seen. Sticky not recommended for any one. Please guys do not waste your time, money and your pleasure because of theses type of silly 3rd class people.. They fully destroyed our nice and pleasant moments.
They have taken my order to print some photos and paid a reasonable advance pavement . Order was given in 26th of August last year and still not done .I am fed up of calling them since there is no point . Very irresponsible people and never recomended at any circumstances .

That is the recommended studio to take photos for NIC and passport. The place doesn’t look that glamorous. The interior of it is still the same as 5 years before. It’s good if they focus on renewing the interior of the studio.
