The best restaurant in magog, we love eating lunch here. Sorry to say the border is shut and until it opens we will not have lunch with you.
This is a place that offers fine dining at an affordable price. With a 22 three course prix fixe, you can't go wrong. They had salmon poached in walnut oil which was delicious and one of the most unique things I've eaten.
I called the day prior to make reservation. It was about 6:30pm. The message said to leave a message. The next day, I showed up at the requested time only to be told they didn't have reservation in my name. The hostess called who I assume to be the manager who tell me their reservation system don't work well and they don't answer the phone. I asked if they could still seat us in. We were two and it is their mistake after all. She told us they were full and could only accomodate us much later in the evening. Most restaurant were full with a 40 minutes wait time. Luckily, we were able to find a table next door at Anastasia Tretorria. I do fimd the manager's attitude very rude and careless. They made the mistake and she didn't care about fixing it. Very poor etiquette. She should go back to the ITHQ and get upgrade her customer service skills.
Good food and desserts. Service is slightly slow and is expected to be. If you want things fast choose similar options on the menu. Overall, good ambiance and food.
