AMAZING butter tarts. We bike there from near Whitestone and it is such a treat to pull up and sit outside and enjoy their delicious butter tarts. Anything we have picked has been fantastic.

There aren’t Many pizza options here. Magnetawan is a small town close to Whitestone lake area so we took our kids to the playground which is really nice. This mud pie bakery shop is small and cute all within a container BUT a little pricey) we ordered 2 medium pizzas. One spicy for adults (whole-wheat) turned out really good with ricotta and herb base sauce. Another one was for kids with red sauce and black olives on a white crust. The white crust was completely burnt. Kids couldn’t eat it :( (that’s why they get 3 stars) Their ricotta and herb sauce is really good on the whole wheat crust, Specially if you try with hot peppers on top! Their maximum size for pizza is medium with 8 slices which is 15/- each.

Two Roasted coffees and a Cheese & Pepperoni Pizza to go... Mmmmmm, it was a great experience.. pizza was thick with cheese and done to perfection..best 20 my daughter spent on me this month... I'll probably let her come back to the trailer again if she promises to get another pizza..
Pizza is great but bakery items such as scones and muffins not so good
