In Boots, Maghera, one is made to feel special whether it's a prescription you require or the most expensive perfume they have. The staff are ALL very friendly and know their customers by name. However, I must set Joanne (Duncan, pharmacist) aside for special mention. She a genuinely caring & lovely person always ready to give sound advice.....and with that winning smile she has she makes you feel good from just having spoken with her.
