Really pleasant meal! Excellent sushi, the freshest fish you can imagine. Modern and cool environment. The service was relaxed but careful. I am definitely going to return!

Contrarily to what the restaurant's names suggests it it's not a sushi bar nor even a bar. It is a Japanese restaurants serving wide array of Japanese foods such as ramen, tempura, gyoza, teppanyaki, as well as sushi and maki. The cuisine is however not authentic at all. The ramen bears absolutely no resemblance to what is served in Japan (or in true Japanese restaurants elsewhere) and was barely edible. The gyoza, maki and sushi were ok. We ordered green tea that wasn't green at all (rather yellow) and didn't taste like any green tea. On the plus side, the place was beautifully designed and the staff was friendly.

Em tempos de confinamento foi dia de ir a Mafra ao @himitsusushibar. Fiz a encomenda com antecedência para ir buscar às 12h30, cheguei lá 5 minutos antes da hora e a encomenda estava a ser preparada com todos os cuidados. Cheguei a casa com a barriga a dar horas e atirei-me logo ao Temaki, temaki esse crocante e cheio de sabor, de seguida vieram as outras peças, desde sashimi, a hot rolls ou niguiris, tudo bem confeccionado e bem condicionado. Para amantes, apreciadores ou curiosos o @himitsusushibar é sem dúvida uma ótima opção de escolha no Concelho de Mafra.

Sushi de muita qualidade (recomendo o menu de degustação). Levei um carrinho de bebé e não houve qualquer tipo de problema. Existe um fraldário disponível no WC das senhoras.
